 TEMA offers a wide variety of pilot and small production units that are available for in plant testing. These units can be rented on a monthly basis. The rental fleet allows us to demonstrate our capabilities on a slip stream from an existing process or a full stream for small to medium flow applications.
The following is a listing of test units that are available for rental:
- H-450 Conturbex Centrifuge – Standard chemical and abrasion protection design.
- H-320 Conturbex Centrifuge – This unit typically processes crystal or fiber slurries.
- SHS-252 Pusher Centrifuge – This unit is typically processes up to 15 GPM of materials with good screening properties. The pusher is used on many food dewatering applications.
- TS-250-F Decanter Centrifuge – Capability to separate materials with a difference in specific gravity from the mother liquor.
- TS-360-F Decanter Centrifuge – Capability to separate materials with a difference in specific gravity from the mother liquor.
 H-320/240-V Conthick Centrifuge – This unit typically processes materials with good screening properties and a difference in specific gravity from the mother liquor.
- TS-300-E Decanter Centrifuge – Capability to separate materials with a difference in specific gravity from the mother liquor. Dual bearing design allows for high G-force applications.
- TSD-360/250 Turboscreen Decanter Centrifuge – This screen bowl decanter is commonly used on spent grains and PVC applications.
