H-900 Coal Conturbex Centrifuge

TEMA's H900 Horizontal Scroll/Screen Centrifuge allows you to benefit from higher fines recovery while maintaining the lowest product discharge moistures possible. The Conturbex is designed for fine coal drying with significantly more capacity per energy unit than competitive models. The patented machined scroll design provides less particle breakage, prevents imbalance due to even material distribution, while increasing screen life. The high torque cyclo-gear drive gives consistent processing even during shock loads caused by feed surges.

The horizontal design of the H900 results in a smaller footprint than vertical centrifuges, which ultimately translates to a less complex and less costly installation. No special foundation dampening is needed.

The TEMA H900 is significantly easier to maintain than vertical centrifuges, reducing costly downtime. All TEMA centrifuges are backed by our solid engineering and support teams. Our service personnel and parts department are prepared and ready to step in to reduce downtime should the need arise.

The H900 comes in a Standard, Coarse, and Ultra-Fine design. A H1000 model is also available.
