Control Systems
TEMA offers custom designed control systems for continuous centrifuges and sampling systems. Our control systems can be stand alone or integrated into a plant DCS.
For centrifuges control systems can allow more process flexibility and control as well as giving process feedback that can be uses for maintenance and performance evaluations. Variable frequency drives can be used to control process parameters with simple inputs. The same frequency drives can be used to wash the units more efficiently allowing for more units in various applications to be Cleaned in Place.
TEMA also offers energy saving regenerative drives. The regenerative drives and control systems can also have safety features built it to protect plant personnel from opening and working on the unit while the unit is operating.
